1. Our Commitment

U37 is the official social and creator platform of Axiox Media Technology Limited, built to support the communities and user-generated content of our games, beginning with Kepler 186F. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users.

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any content or conduct involving the sexual exploitation of minors. This standard is grounded in our existing Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and forms a core part of our platform governance.

2. Scope

These Standards apply to all users, content, communications, marketplace listings, AI-assisted creations, and activities on U37, including but not limited to profiles, feeds, groups, events, direct messages, Scene Editor exports, and any future features.

3. Age Requirements

• U37 is intended only for users who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).
• We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
• Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be terminated.
• Parents or guardians who believe a minor has provided personal data should contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

4. Zero-Tolerance Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal of content and permanent account termination where appropriate:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
• Any content, image, video, text, description, JSON scene file, or other material that depicts, describes, or involves minors in a sexual or exploitative context.
• Any attempt to sexualise, exploit, or endanger minors.
• Grooming, solicitation, or any conduct directed at minors for sexual purposes.
• Sharing, requesting, or distributing links or material related to the above.

This prohibition applies equally to real, fictional, AI-generated, or AI-assisted content.

5. Detection, Reporting and Response

• Users can report suspected violations through the platform’s reporting tools or by contacting us directly.
• We review reports and may remove content, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, and preserve relevant data where required by law.
• We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove any content at our sole discretion.
• Serious violations will be reported to the appropriate law-enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable law.

6. User Responsibilities

Every user is solely responsible for the content they upload, create, share, or list. By using U37 you agree that:

• Your content complies with these Standards, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.
• You will not upload, generate, or share any material involving the sexual exploitation of minors.
• You will immediately report any suspected CSAE content or conduct you encounter.

7. Enforcement

Violations of these Standards may result in:

• Immediate removal of the offending content
• Temporary or permanent account suspension or termination
• Permanent ban from all Axiox Media services
• Referral to law-enforcement authorities

Our decisions on enforcement are final.

8. Cooperation with Authorities

We will cooperate with lawful requests from law-enforcement and child-protection agencies in accordance with Hong Kong law and other applicable jurisdictions.

9. Continuous Improvement

We will review and update these Standards as needed to reflect changes in law, technology, and best practices for preventing CSAE.
